Whoever replaces Yousaf needs to focus on their key issues, in my opinion. Avoid international politics and culture war stuff as much as possible. Push Scottish working class problems and solutions to the forefront. The shadow hanging over the party is a tough one, but addressing it immediately may mitigate that. Whatever happens with Sturgeon and her husband, the damage is done. Making anti-corruption part of the core message is essential.
John Swinney looks to be the preferred option and would be a safe pair of hands. It is a desperate situation for the SNP who could lose significant impetus. Humza Yousaf is a decent man but a poor politician who inherited a **** show. Doomed to fail, sadly.

Wow...I have no idea how she thought she came across as rational. She used her political beliefs to liken him to racists in the past, to call him a terrorist sympathiser, to call him a white saviour and to accuse him of intimidating her...she was so intimidated she got on the bus, completed her journey and then confronted him while filming him...she has no idea of what intimidation is if she was being honest in the video. She has the right to her opinion but so does he...the only person trying to intimidate anyone in that clip was her. She was clearly trying to get him disciplined.
