Have you read the majority of comments underneath? It's incredible how thick ppl are that they're manipulated by mass media and government lies. People claiming asylum who make the Channel crossing are protected by international law and are not illegal unless their claim is rejected. But no, somehow they're all illegal
Soon followed by the evergreen belief that The Law states that migrants are supposed to stop at the first country they set foot on...
I love that bullshit argument. So errrrr basically we should have no refugees whatsoever simply bcos of our location, bad luck Greece
This is so ****ing disgusting! A British PM placing a bet on TV with a criminally discredited ****stain about illegally reporting asylum seekers! Yeah - that sounds normal.
Tbf it was his previous home secretary's dream and obsession, so this is nothing new. Scummy is as scummy does.
No tbf's in this one. A rabid xRW Think Tank troll, masquerading as a politician, returned to a senior Cabinet post, by a weak, xRW multi millionaire masquerading as a PM. But this is just vile - and in a normally functioning Democracy he would be resigning in front of Parliament tomorrow morning. But this is UK 2023.
Before he became Chancellor (thanks to Javed resigning out of principle) Sunak was a junior lacky doing the rounds on Sunday morning politics shows trying to polish turd, much in the way Chris Philp does now. That was right up until the 2019 election. A couple of months later he's Chancellor, then 3 years later PM. That is where we are. Nothing is earned. So is it any surprise we don't have a normal functioning democracy.
There's always a Tweet... The only thing that Sunak appears to be even remotely competent at is making himself richer - although even that appears to have been achieved by picking the right wife. In all other aspects of his being he is a grotesque, failing clown.
As she raises her head again to spew some more calamitous ideological rhetoric, this balances the day nicely.
I really don't buy this quiet conservative, shy Tory bullshit. It doesn't seem to reflect reality remotely.
On the subject of the PopCons Who had Flick Scully trying to Melania her way to power on their bingo cards?
I've heard of dog whistle politics but this is ridiculous. Never ever heard anyone literally announce it in their speech
