    This may not be political, but was anyone else up in the early hours today?
    There seemed to be a number of streets without lighting and I was wondering if this was a thing.
    Might just be a coincidence or some kind of fault, but it could also be cost cutting.
    My paranoia might be kicking in, but we seem to be getting that desperate.

    I have noticed a few commuter stations at around 5pm only have the platform lights come on as a train is coming in
