A post-Conference story circulating today is the physical eviction (manhandled) from the hall of an accredited photojournalist who supplies pics for, among others, the Times. No legitimate reason has been provided and Tories now running with the 'must have been a misunderstanding' line of excuses. As if anyone was in any doubt of the depth of Fascism this Government has sunk then this may clarify thoughts...

Tory MP Conor Burns has lost the whip because of complaints about his behaviour. The Trades Minister has been accused of "serious misconduct", whatever that means. He is suspended from the party while the complaints are being investigated. He has also been sacked as a trades minister, apparently.
Oh... So surprising to see grubby Johnson-apologist Burns suspended for inappropriate behaviour at last week's Conference! Early days, but maybe a safe Labour gain if a there's a By-election...
Bournemouth West has been a seat since 1950. It has always voted Conservative. It went 53.4% Tory to 31.3% Labour in 2019. A loss there would be a shock, even now.
