well..... the UK cannot block anything the EU do for one. I am sure leopards don't change their spots but it just seemed a little odd to find something rather old as if it were current.
The thing is that it does set the president that, when funding was offered, they flat refused - and sure as hell didn't cover the difference with their own spending, as instead anti-homeless benches was where the funding went

It’s obviously a new craze. QEII death schadenfreude. It’s all about lapping up populist views and feelings and then just carrying on with them in perpetuity. And you must share it all on social media and get a s**t load of likes. It’s all about the likes.
