As far as I am aware, Tugendhat deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan so was by no means a pen pusher, and has made significant contributions to national security. I think you can criticise anyone for their politics, but not for their service. The Mordor thing I don't understand, but then I've never really understood the navy. She is said to still be RN reservist, but I don't get the navy honourary ranks thing. The army system for honourary ranks is different. But in both cases I think there are other areas to criticise them rather then their military activities.
Johnson has apparently blocked Labour's attempt to have a no confidence vote on him: https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/breaking-boris-johnson-blocks-no-27462239 Scumbags.

Good news, everyone! The dumb motherTucker has shared with the world what he thinks is going on at No10 Kool-Aid are dreading the inevitable at this point, aren't they?
I've seen a lot of utter tripe spewed by a lot of people, especially lately, but what on earth is he on about? Boris Johnson was "sucked in by a globalist agenda"? All I see is a complete twat named Thomas Corbett-Dillon sucked in by a desire to pander ineptly to a loathsome organization which panders to loathsome people. Everybody knows Johnson was done in by Chinese thermostats, Italian satellites and Hugo Chavez, from beyond the grave.
Incidentally, the best part of the Hugo Chavez controlling the voting machines argument put forward by Sidney Powell in the course of her becoming Trump's sort of maybe special counsel on something or other until sobriety intervenes was her lawyer's response to a lawsuit from that voting machine's manufacturer. To paraphrase, it was No reasonable person would take what she was saying seriously.
