Another thing about the Green Card is that it's supposed to be a permanent thing. It makes you a US taxpayer for life, so would be interested if they are still doing so. It's also quite hard to get for a Brit (Brits aren't eligible for the Green Card lottery for example), so would be interested how he came by one.
He's got an MBA from Stanford and his billionaire father-in-law's connections probably helped, too. The timing of his work history seems a little vague, but I assume he picked it up at some point from 2004 to 2009.
