I'll ask again - let me know a valid reason or evidence why the French would situate these two camps precicely in the two places designed to facilitate access from France to the UK, if not to encourage and assist the illegal travel off of their land and into ours?
And it's not that France kowtows to the EU. Having recently been over in France, I can assure you that they really don't bother with most of the EU regulations, and the EU don't really chase them. Certainly Health and Safety means nothing over there.
Stop being abusive, Chaz and stick to argument. The French Government didn't place the camps there, the immigrants camped there and the government was constrained by human rights laws as to relocation.
Who said anything about the EU here? The European Court of Human Rights is not part of the EU, which of course, you'll know, being so well travelled
