When anyone tells you to vote Tory......just remember this creature is still free
Nothing will ever happen about it mate, there's too many Tories involved for it to come out in the open. 21 billion pounds worth of government fraud. I read that one company (obviously a Tory donor) received 38 million for not even supplying anything in the end!!

Angela Rayner spent £100 on some Airpods for work though. That's the real story.

I see Roland Rat has accepted Johnson's honours list. What an absolute shambles that's some of the names on there are getting knighthoods, obe's and the like. Another kick in the teeth to all those who were forced to follow the rules during COVID. Suppose it will just piss the public off even more so it might be a good thing in the long term.

I think it’s a real insult that Jacob Rees Mogg wasn’t given a peerage. The House of Lords is the perfect place for the redundant little twat, somewhere he can be amongst his own kind. It’s increasingly irrelevant, as he should be.

Dorries resigns from the Commons (which she said she wouldn’t do this morning) in the anticipation of being made a peer, and then isn’t. Schadenfreude.

Has Nadine Dorries...thrown a hissy fit, at not getting a peerage.

Obviously only asking for a friend

She is said to be ‘disappointed’. She thought it had been referred to some committee to rubber stamp, not thinking that the bile she has spat at little Rishi might just encourage him to smack her in the face with a dead fish.

****ing awful woman.

In other news....."In the name of Jesus", is what the nutter in France supposedly shouted as he stabbed those kids.

****ing religion!!

Trump indicted over confidential documents (presumably Biden will face the same). The judicial process is long and unlikely to be finished before the presidential election, which Trump could well win. At which stage he becomes head of the US department of Justice and can (apparently, according to a lawyer on the news) simply have the charges dismissed.

**** me, our constitution needs a good looking at, but the US is operating on a two century delay button. The law has to be separate from the executive in every sense.

Boris gone to earn loads of money on the speakers circuit rather than be suspended for 30 days, face a local recall vote which he knows he would lose, and then not be re-elected, either in a by election or the next general election with redrawn constituency borders.

interesting to see the Tory grassroots reaction to this.

Interesting that both Dorries & Johnson resign on the same day.

Conspiracy theory/reality: Dorries threatened to tell all about their affair during Covid behind the closed doors of no.10. That would cause Johnson double embarrassment and would prove that he lied to Parliament. Dorries insisted on her Peerage that Johnson promised her, but couldn't deliver on!

Good riddance to the pair of them, just Rees-Mogg to follow please.
