Okay... I know you will think I am siding with Stroller, but everyone calm down a bit.

Some people want to ignore certain other people...and we have an "ignore" button for that. And I know a number of people who use that button...to ignore certain posters.

As a mod, I cannot do that, as I need to see what is going on.

Stroller runs the prediction league ( thank you Stroller for that). If he puts anyone on ignore...he will not see their entry...and so they will not be able to enter.

Stroller asked for Kiwi to send his prediction to someone else, so he could continue to play the prediction league ( and Stroller can put Kiwi and his cut and paste postings on ignore). I actually thought that was quite a fair ask.


Stroller was not banning anyone...quite the opposite....

I think a few people have jumped the gun a bit

Beth has history of shutting down threads, if I remember correctly. Definitely fascist leanings there imho and can’t say I’m surprised.
Disappointed in Strolls though.

Just to point out. I deleted Kiwis Xmas clock thread for the good of the team...and I am still processing whether or not it worked or not.

If it was up again versus Burnley, and we lost..... then I could delete again for the last 2 matches of season, giving us a chance at avoiding relegation

Of course it is, it's censorship. I thought we'd lost that in the UK in the 1960's. The job of a mod is not to remove legal articles because he or she happens to disagree with them.

I hope you are joking Stroller. I have only ever closed one thread ever... When that Aussie poster, threatened me physically on the thread and then repeated it on my Facebook page....and kept coming back with increased threat levels
