Absolutely mate…..I guess they didn’t wanna upset the Turks and had to charge him……interesting story didn’t you think ?
I guess if I had to choose sides in any conflict…I’d choose him as a hero. A nationalist Turk from Istanbul might disagree though.
I wonder how many of those “volunteers” are far right…….the same as happened in Bosnia I expect
I know 2 ex Para's that contacted them yesterday pal and believe me they are anything but far right. You also seriously wouldn't want to meet them in a dark alley lol

Fair play to them mate….I know a lot went over to Bosnia to fight for the Croats when it kicked off there…..my mate Roy was one of them. Couldn’t believe when we saw him on the TV in a documentary about the foreigners over there.
He famously stated…” My mum thinks I’m over working in Euro Disney”
Then waved to the camera and said “Hello mum”.
The whole thing turned him batshit crazy and last I knew of him he was preaching Christian verse in Wandsworth town centre.
I reckon there will be many ex soldiers that would want to go and help ( from many countries).
Were the people you knew that went to Bosnia Nazis then?
Which side would they support in the Ukraine conflict, would you say?

Not really mate….when you’re young, impresionable and looking for somewhere to belong…..bad, evil people will use that as a way of manipulation. Unfortunately I was one of them (the first not the second).
Fortunately I saw the light…but not before I shamed myself.
Any man can make a stupid mistake , one that has consequences for others and himself. But it takes a real man to own up to those mistakes and turn themselves into a better person ! Bravo
So Belarus expected to commit paratroopers to fight along side Russian forces
This **** is absolutely ****ing mad…….and it wouldn’t surprise me if he was willing to do it, if he felt the need.
Adding to the concern is that Belarus is intending to also commit paratroopers to fight alongside Russian forces.
Now, say a NATO country, say Slovakia (picked off the top of head) decide to ‘go it alone’ and pitch in to help Ukraine….and then get attacked themselves by Russian/BeloRussian forces….would that not mean that NATO would have no option but to get involved with all its might.
This is getting rapidly out of control
