Cameron was courting China at one point, but that was at an early stage. The dark, genocidally dark, side of Xi's regime has become clear since then, but that didn't stop old Barry taking huge amounts of cash and discussing UK policy with Xi's hench people
Exactly yet people like Bob needs to flood us with pictures of Cameron and May? Some stupid posts some times

Leaked files appear to suggest the Conservative peer Michelle Mone and her husband, Douglas Barrowman, were secretly involved in a PPE business that was awarded more than £200m in government contracts after she referred it to the Cabinet Office.

Blimey thats a hefty contract
Bob you are making yourself sound stupid again. You should stay with Boris bashing.

I love all the Boris bashers now attacking Sue Gray. I listened to someone last night who was saying how impartial she will be. She goes strictly by the rules and doesn’t care who you are, if you broke a rule she will come down on them.
Funny how all these people are experts on a women they had never heard of five minutes ago.
Why shouldnt anyone bash boris, he deserves it doesnt he? As for sue gray, people are well within their rights to have doubts about this 'independent inquiry'.
We all know Johnson is guilty of attending a party at his gaff, he has admitted it. He also misled parliment, the evidence is at pmqs.

It will be interesting to see about the damaging legacy point. The alternative argument is that Boris is such a big figure, so unorthodox, that he takes his sins with him. I agree about the sweep of the present cabinet, which is why Sunak and Truss are distancing themselves right now, and being called prancing ponies by Johnson supporters. Theirs is a fine line to tread, between continued association with Partygate, and looking disloyal and too ambitious which is fatal among the Tory faithful.
To be honest Goldie they could put up a concrete block against Starmer and win.

Okay please tell us your insight into Sue Gray… please don’t be too long as I think you are looking it up.

Whys that mate? Arent you interested in where tax payers money goes
Yes but you have fallen for the typical “ let’s try and turn this” by posting pictures of this woman with Cameron and May. They said yesterday that she only got access through others ( Labour minister).
I didn’t even post the picture of Jezza and her because it’s about Gardiner.

Nope, i asked a question. Is it the same woman? Obviously it is cos you and goldy went a tad gammony

She clearly tried her luck across the political spectrum.
People like Cameron were either better advised or plain lucky.
Gardiner became the useful idiot.
None of this is anything new.
? Col she only had access because she paid lots of money to someone… I wonder who?
Do you remember that film with Clint Eastwood In The Line Of Duty? The only way John Malkovich character got to the President was by paying some stupid party member. In this case it was Barry Gardiner.

If the Tories chose Sunak, they stand a chance of increasing their BAME vote and, once Boris is gone, I suspect the Scottish Tories may pick up votes if the new broom can be seen.
Yeah I get that. Sunak is slick, clean living and a clever chap. My only problem is his inexperience? I would have liked him to have moved into that position in 3-4 years. However Boris has let himself and the ‘party’ down. This latest story tells us that he doesn’t have control of his own office? The Tories won’t move until after the locals. I think that’s when they will tell him to go.

I guess there's still an outside possibility he'll resign. There must be grandees speaking with him at this very moment.

All I'm saying is this goes on all the time.
All States try this stuff on.
She was targeting the British political system and got lucky with Gardener.
She would dearly have preferred Cameron or someone high up in government at his time.
Most often it's civil servants that are targeted.
