They are far further to the left than Starmer.
Actually mate my political compass is spinning as if someone has attached a magnet. Some of the responses on here of late are correct. Some tories are acting like muppets and bringing down the party. It's a shame as they do have some decent MP's that will never get a look in. Still for me, the other side will be a disaster and are just not capable of government.

Who are the decent Tory MPs?

The problem is none of them are!

What’s your response? Why would they practice answering questions on something that supposedly didn’t happen?

My understanding based on limited knowledge is that the mock press conference was to give Stratton practice in fielding questions from the press. It was not designed with the party in mind, but one of the senior staff threw her a curved ball re the party and she struggled to answer and laughed at her own inadequate response.

Boris says he was told recently by senior civil servants that this party never took place. The question is, who were they and why didn't they know?

Ok so the mock press conference actually confirms, even unintentionally, that a party took place.

It’s a really tedious thing to go on about, and an even more pathetic thing to lie about. I’ll give it a rest now. They have exactly matched my expectations.

I wonder if we could have a discussion based on absolute values rather than relative ones.

It looks like a party took place, and the PM seems to accept that post video. The question is, did he know all along? Difficult to prove if true. Or was he misled by senior staff, and if so, why?
