We've been over and over this ****, but if it turns out that there is a no deal, it is down to the EU refusing to enter into meaningful negotiations.
They have been out to punish the UK from day one for having the temerity to leave their unfair, undemocratic club.
Their insistence of demanding that we can't have our own fishing waters and that we must still abide by some EU laws and regulations have guaranteed a no deal.
They think the UK will cave in.
I hope we don't.
Only the most devoted followers of the EU cult are blind to this obvious intransigence surely?
Cue all the EU lovers....

To be honest Col I dont care much about the EU either way. I do care about being constantly lied to. I also dont want our country to suffer, especially during these testing times of mass unemployment and job opportunities. Instead of the usual jargon, I would love to actually see the wording from these meetings as to what cant be agreed on. For some strange reason I just dont trust this government, dont know why......

If you could just believe a bit harder we’d be fine. Lots of people already rationing their medication terrified they’ll be sacrificed for the holy Brexit. Doubt many of them are blaming EU intransigence for that somehow.
Yes I'd prefer to be in the EU than out, but you can't look passed the fact the Tory's and Johnson wrote and signed an agreement with the EU and it's the Tory's who are now wanting to change the specs of this agreement. The same oven ready agreement they used as a major part of their election campaign.
Say with the Bonne deal, we'd signed all the paperwork, terms sorted, medical taken place, everything ratified. Then Charlton said actually we want another mill, some sell on clauses and refused to let him leave until a renegotiation was done, what would you say to that? Would you say QPR are out to punish Charlton? Would you say QPR were being unfair or would you be wondering what the **** Charlton are trying to pull?
So we should get access to their market without having to abide by any of their rules - but it's them being unrealistic. Okay.
They didn't start this, they didn't claim to hold all the cards, and they didn't say this would be the easiest trade deal in history. They didn't trigger A50 with no alignment on what their negotiating position is. Their red lines have been clear throughout - want to play in our market? You're very welcome to, but like everyone else, you'll need to live by the common rules.
But yeah, other than that, all their fault.
I actually don't think they should, much as I think it's bad for everyone involved. The Brexiteers won the referendum, and won a mandate in the '17 and '19 elections. There is no going back now, but the Brexiteers need to grow up and be honest with the public about the trade offs involved and drop the soundbite politics which ultimately holds them back by setting impossible promises.
Spot on Col. All the experts are coming out from under their EU blankets I see. It has been proven that the EU have been acting like muppets of late and just want to keep us as some sort of 'Vessel state' (if that is the correct term). Merkle said it herself "We acknowledge that the Uk would like to have a certain amount of independence?" Barnier has a mandate of sorting a deal, if he fails it will be down to him and his 'cake eating' ha ha'. We don't forget. However I'm sure our small army of Eurofreaks on here will be batting for the EU against the nasty British? Where's Femi when you need him?

Yep, I agree. I just hope it doesnt either bankrupt the country even further or make the poor even poorer. I bet all those living in Kent near the Farage Garage are over the moon.

This isn't about leaving or not leaving this is about the government putting together an agreement, signing said agreement, and then refusing to be held to their own agreement... then trying to blame the EU for their sheer incompetence. You sign a legal document you are accountable for said document, business basics.
Now go back to fluffing Johnson's johnson
Who benefits from No Deal? Not Barnier and certainly not you or I unless Redwood has given you a tip. Follow the money and all that.
