Of course she should resign but unfortunately the precedent was set by Cummings that it's perfectly acceptable to break rules, hence people up and down the country, breaking them daily. I for one must be well into double figures for law breaking this week alone.
She should have really come up with a truly believable story regarding testing her eyesight or something.
You dont have to be an activist to agree or disagree with rules mate. One can certainly be a hypocrite though.
I agree and all three were wrong. It's just sometimes people go that extra step and in the case of the SNP MP I think it was irresponsible to do what she did. There was me moaning about Jezza yesterday when his actions were nothing compared to her.
And infact nothing compared to Cummings actions either BUT they are all in positions of responsibility and in my opinion, they should all have resigned or been sacked.
It's always been the way. Throughout political history, there have been scandals and idiots that have kept jobs when they should have been sacked. I said at the time Cummins should have stepped down (and he would have come back in another position at a later date) rather than come out with that BS excuse. I was embarrassed when I listened to him. Thinking back I did say that he was instrumental to future Tory/Brexit plans... and I think now he was.
