What about the pathetic Ian Duncan Smith complaining that the Withdrawal Agreement should be re-opened because there were things 'hidden in the fine print' that he hadn't been aware of that were unfairly advantageous to the EU. This after he crowed in Parliament nine months ago about how important it was that the Programme Motion be passed, denying Parliament further scrutiny of the Agreement.

Breathtakingly shameless.

James O'Briens piece is well worth a listen....

Absolutely and james obrien gets it spot on. Complete and utter incompetence by our government but hey that's what we voted for!

It is harsh to say people didnt know what they were voting for in the referendum, intact its rubbish to say that. They knew what they thought they were voting for. It is what it is now, we have to deal with the consequences of a misinformed vote. Companies and the NHS already being told by government to stockpile medicines, the lorry park in Kent getting prepared again. Ooooh such exciting times ahead, all the while we are in the middle of a devastating pandemic! I have a sneaky feeling that this country will be on its ****ing knees soon. I really hope I'm wrong but with this corrupt, incompetent shower of ****e in charge, things ain't looking good for the average Joe.

Conveniently forgetting the fish-based upside.

Part of me hopes that the EU has nailed this lot to the wall with the WA and that it will also do so with any Trade Agreement. It's what the country deserves for swallowing the lies of this corrupt shower. Unfortunately it will be the poorest that suffer though, while Rees-Mogg and the like enjoy the benefits of escaping the EU's money-laundering regulations.

I presume that the Tory spin doctors are working overtime to get a story in the main stream media about how the EU has ****ed the UK over. The small print was so so tiny that nobody could see it. As we are seeing with this pandemic, some people are extremely simple and believe everything they read and see on the front of the Sun.

Hows it going my old mucka. The politics thread has missed you too mate. Butthubber or whatever his name is just doesnt cut it!
Cool thanks Bob. Back in 3 weeks. Who was the dodgy Tory on the rape charge? Must be someone important as they seem to be keeping quiet.

Stroller i miss you. :)

I tell you what we could lean a bit from the EU... only people i know than can do a 37hr week and only work 10 hrs. These 2 hour lunches end up being 3 hours. Not to mention the 1 hr coffee breaks at 10 and 3. Then they finish at 4pm lazy gits

I reckon its a big name. Dirty sod if true.
It is a tricky one to be fair. I can actually understand him not being suspended as we would all then know who it was and he may not have committed the crimes hes been accused of. If he is guilty then there will be some serious cover ups going down!

Agree there seems to be quite a few cover ups at the moment.

Should have paid me to come out there. My dinners are only 2 and a half hours long!
Funny you should say that. I will have s22t loads of plastering to get done soon. Problem is i would need to put you up in a hotel and then the cost goes up.
