I'd say Corbyn was targeted by the Press but the vitriol aimed at Cummings is beyond anything he had to endure. I don't recall members of the press chalking mis-spelt messages outside his home or having mobile screens set up at volume. The irony of this is the same 'hounds' baying for his removal over social distancing are breaking the law outside his house with impunity.
I've long held politicians in the lowest regard but the press are plumbing new depths of sh*thousery. They seem to stop at nothing the get their way. Whilst I think he should have been sacked it doesn't excuse the treatment being meted out...
So the comments about Cummings being a winner blah, blah, blah after you conceded yourself the trip to the castle seems unwise. It was a poor attempt to get a reaction, you can attempt to claim otherwise but it's about as obvious as it gets. Yeah don't reply it's sad what you reduce yourself to at times
