If everyone could just stop being mean about the lying government congratulating themselves on their great successes while presiding over 60,000 or so deaths that would be swell, thanks.
He is quoting from the governments own advice which makes it even more hilarious that people can deny it. There is no shame in admitting it mate.
Well if the government didnt lie then nobody would be able to accuse them of such. That would be a start. There is loads of evidence on the care home lies. If you choose to ignore that then that's your choice. It's not rubbish or rubbish posts, it's the content that you cant argue with apart from saying its rubbish. As I said, theres no shame in admitting that youve realised you have been bullshitted to.
The government didn't Kill all those people, a disease did...other diseases kill people. You just need someone to blame. Bleating on about it won't change anything. People get flu/cancer is that the government's fault as well? There is no proof who spread it or when.

Crying over people being mean about the government on a football forum won’t change anything either.
If cancer was contagious and people were lobbed into care homes with possible but unconfirmed cancer and a load of other care home residents then got cancer that would be a scandal too. If we allowed sporting events to go ahead and people got cancer as a result or we continued months into a cancer pandemic to allow people to fly in from cancer hotspots without being screened for cancer, that would also reflect poorly on a government which was hoping enough people would catch the cancer to build up a community immunity to it i.e. hoping to get by on the cheap.

What a stupid delusional post from you Watford. You really don't have a clue not a single bit of proof how the disease spreads from A to B. You have no idea how each person in each home contracted it or how long they had it in their system. Or how passed it on to them. All you are doing is just moan moan moaning about the government without one bit of evidence (not one). The government has lied. That’s not even a debate, is it?
I didn’t say they’ve killed 60,000. I said they’ve presided over their deaths (unlike Boris not presiding over Cobra meetings, for example) so you can stop playing the victim.
No one is denying that there are other factors but those were mostly uncontrollable variables. The variables under the government’s control have contributed massively to our high excess and Covid death numbers. Just because some people would have died had we gone about this perfectly isn’t an excuse for the **** performance to miss the chance to minimise the overall death toll.

Exacty this. They have helped increase the death toll with their actions/inaction. They then blatantly lie about certain areas of it. There is no hiding from it when its said on national tv. This government will be remembered for this, ****ing up the health system and the economy. Its tragic really.
We need blind trust in them. It's not their fault they locked down too late, didnt close borders and still haven't, didnt close care homes despite claiming to have done, stopped testing in march, had such a mess up with PPE, made false promises regarding testing and numbers, failed to close schools, failed to stop mass gatherings at social events, released positive patients back into care homes and the community etc etc. Stop blaming them....its just not fair
