And why couldn't they implement it? Because they couldn't agree! You have the loony ERG to contend with.
I am actually shocked that you're a Tory and have a disabled family member. Truly shocked! Look what austerity and the tories have done to the disabled! Sweet baby jesus of Nazareth. My sympathy for you has evaporated! As for the benefits cap, this was the coalition if I'm not mistaken. Under the tories we had our monthly income reduced by over £450 due to a retired dentist asking my wife who has MS and Lupus if she could answer a phone or pick a coin up from the floor! Now the labour policy was also flawed in the way that it didnt check thoroughly but that could have been easily rectified with confirmed diagnosis.
Ffs read it again Bob LABOUR UNDER BLAIR INTRODUCED THE BENEFIT CUTS , it was labour who gave ATOS The 10 year 100 million pound contract to review the benefits system in his last few months in power, my wife also had them tests done by a former midwife, I however was present, took notes and we very successfully took them to a tribunal and won, I still have sympathy for you and your wife even if it isn’t reciprocated but back to point of argument however, Austerity though introduced by the coalition and continued by Cameron’s government it was still was a direct result of ****ing liebour borrowing billions upon billions of pounds to fight 2 illegal wars then leaving a note in the chancellors office saying “ there’s no money left ha ha “
More to the point though where the **** do you get that I’m a Tory, I vote at elections on the candidates ability to do the job and what he promises the local community not because who I want as PM.

Labour can get rid of them all by calling a GE

It's so bleeding obvious that the Labour Party are all too aware that they're unelectable in their current form. Their policies are frightening and their personnel a broad spectrum of hate-filled commies, incompetent airheads and supercilious lefto-snobs. When they do take a break from anti-Semitism its only to fight amongst themselves. God help us all the day this wretched bunch ever get asked by Lizzy to form a government.

They have no clear policy on Brexit other than to block, block, block.

Others criticise the team in the blue corner - and not without some reason it has to be said - but Comrade Corbyn and his Workers Party are putting their own ambition ahead of what is needed to be done to sort this ****ing mess out.

Corbyn has no relevant ideas of his own and offers bugger all.

The fact that you had to go to a tribunal speaks volumes. But I dont doubt you regarding labour implementing it as I said it was flawed under them. I think the recession and the financial crash had a bit to do with no money been left but no need to discuss that.

Genuine question..........do the ‘remain side’ on here not think that Bercow has been just as bad as Johnson in bending the rules to the remain sides advantage......or do they see him as a hero ?
I personally dont see him as anything other than the speaker. I'm unaware of what rules he has bent or broken so feel free to enlighten me

I don't think Corbyn will ever get in. He's banking on turning his fortunes around with another good electoral campaign but I think most of the public have sussed him, and he's hemorrhaging votes to the Lib Dems, who will pick up seats. Students don't believe he'll pay back their loans, so he's going for workers with the four day week for five days pay - which he says is perfectly possible based on calculations by Diane Abbott...

I dont think he will either but never say never. An election shouldnt be based on brexit though. That's wrong in my opinion.

Bercow has done nothing "unlawful", so he's a bit better than Boris, but the whole bunch of them are starting to get on my tits, and I wouldn't piss on any of them if they were on fire

We have a zombie parliament, Bob. No one has a workable majority, so nothing will get done until we have a GE. That gives a chance of a fresh government, possibly a coalition, to go forward

(warning - the coalition may be between the Tories and the DUP again, but you never know until you try)

Oh come on Bob, I haven’t got time to write it out ‘cos I’m just getting ready for work but just google it.....you’re a good man who I respect....surely you can admit Bercow has been ‘playing the game’ to the remain side advantage.
Just as bad as Johnson, imho.

Post of the week Uber, with such a shambolic government Labour should be unassailable in the polls, the fact they are 3rd in some tells you what a cretinous bunch they are consumed by the politics of envy...

I seriously dont know what hes done or not done mate. I'm not a fan of Google as some sites lead you to the right or left. I prefer to just watch and form my own opinions, on this I cant comment though as I dont know enough
