I suspect it's a fine line, and political motives were at play. But I thought from the word go that prorogation was risky.

The decision to prorogue has backfired spectacularly. Not just because it has been found to be unlawful, but because the opposition got wind of it in time to legislate against No Deal anyway.. Johnson is ****ed and there's no way he's going to get a GE until after Article 50 has been extended further. He should sack Cummings immediately. Rees-Mogg and Cox (whose advice has been mysteriously leaked) should go too.

But who would then do the thinking for the Hulk?

Interesting reading coming in on Leave EU page on Supreme Court judges who said Boris prorogued Parliament unlawfully...............
Lord Reed.
Served as president of the EU forum of judges for the environment 2006 - 2008.
Sat as judge in European court of human rights.
Advisor to EU initiative with Turkey RE: democratisation.

Lord Kerr.
Sat as Ad Hoc judge on european court of human rights.
Ruled against government with parliament in 2007.
Favours EU institution.
Will update as more info comes in but I see a pattern developing here, looking after their nice big fat EU pensions I think.
They'll get them anyway.

In other news, what a cracking start under Warburton the Rs have made this season, eh?

(If that doesn’t earn a ‘like’ from Os on this thread then nothing short of a photo of me giving Corbyn a blowjob whilst Abbott licks my ring piece will)
nothing yet
you might need the photo

I doubt they'll go. And Boris may prorogue again. Battle ahead

Nearly all were pro remain!! How do you explain a unanimous decision? What about the non pro remain? Did they have guns to their heads? Ffs just take it as it has been proven by law mate. There is no escaping the fact that what he did was unlawful. We all know what he is. A horrible lieing little **** who has been found out. Ffs elected this, unelected that. Oooh let's elect who ****kng works in sainsburys or asda! We were shafted with a bullshit referendum based around lies and deceitful ****ers. I hope brexit does get shafted as it will not benefit anyone for up to half a century.
Really !!!!!!
