For ****s sake! Woody, you are right to be sceptical and to resist being spoon fed stuff from the mainstream media, and one day one of your conspiracy theories will make me sit up and say ‘hang on’.....but this, once again, isn’t it.

Trust me, any company discovering a cure for cancer would test it thoroughly and make a fortune flogging it at huge prices. Someone would have done this with GcMAF, which doesn’t even have a patent, if any proper scientist thought it was worth it. There are plenty of diseases to make money from, and we in the evil industry are great at inventing more if necessary. In recent years the evil industry has invented cures for Hepatitis C and essentially for HIV, and no one has gone bankrupt from this. We sell the stuff for big money when it’s under copyright, and when it’s not it should be available very cheaply generically. The business model does not discourage cures, it encourages making lots of money in a limited period of exclusivity.
It's not a conspiracy theory of mine, I've just read about it, I don't own any conspiracy theories in fact, maybe I'll make one up soon.

Undoubtedly you know your industry way better than I do, and I mean you no disrespect, but as you point out, vast sums of money are made out of health and sickness. How else would a threat to the established order of things be treated?

So is GcMAF a complete waste of time then, is it chemo and radio all the way?

What about his successes? Worth a mention or investigation?

It’s not a threat, it’s garbage. Had it not been garbage the results claimed by Nobuto Yamamoto, the person actually behind this, would have been replicated by other academic researchers. None ever have been. There are no evidence based ‘successes’, just anecdotal stories from people who claim to have been cured. Who knows whether they are genuine anecdotes from people who actually believe what they wrote or whether they are made up. GcMAF has been talked about since the late 90s, when Yamamoto injected a few mice with cancer cells and gave half of them GcMAF. Those which got GcMAF allegedly lived for 35 days, the others died in 18. Not you will note a cure, and not a result that anyone else has been able to replicate. There are no proven successes which meet any recognised standard of evidence. Cancer Research UK has condemned it. It is impossible to keep a cure for cancer, autism and AIDs a secret. It can be bought on the internet so it hasn’t even been suppressed by the Pharma industry, you can buy some and inject yourself if you want. If it worked these people would be multi billionaires. And Nobel prizewinners. They aren’t.

Noakes is just a chancer preying on gullibility. He’s not a scientist. He’s just picked up on someone else’s scam and tried it himself. He deserves punishment. Although, in addition to telling people to not to take chemo, his commitment to the product is such that some of it was made from his own blood. His Swiss clinic was closed down after the deaths of five patients.

In an earlier post I said oncology now includes immuno oncology and precision gene therapy, neither of which are chemo or radiology. The cure for cancer is catching it really early, having surgery before it’s spread, and blasting the body with stuff which kills the residue. Plenty of people go into remission from many different kinds of cancer this way. The way to up your chances of not getting cancer (or diabetes or heart disease) is a decent diet and a bit of exercise. But we’ve all got to die of something.

How sickening that, at the same time as the incredibly moving D-Day commemorations are taking place, England 'supporters' are kicking off in Portugal. I wonder how brave these ****s would have been on the Normandy beaches.

Absolute idiots.

Curiously these are also probably the people who may end up in jail and we all want to rehab because theyve had a bad childhood and deserve a second chance <whistle>

Just read about this. Very depressing.

I reckon if all the paramedics did a shift less a week and devoted that shift to running the thing, or just talking about how it’s run, you would come up with a lot of changes. Not saying your management is bad at all, but if everyone involved in delivering the service knew what the overall budget was and what you are expected to deliver for it, and was responsible for making decisions on that basis, including how much people are paid it might feel very different (it will always be hugely stressful of course). But you need time to get involved in this side of things, and an income which is enough to stop you worrying about making ends meet. It’s impossible if you are up to your neck in the next call out.

You get where I’m going with this......

That wage is a disgrace mate. I’m ashamed.

I like the fact that around me in France the Pompiers are also all paramedics as well as firefighters... plus every town has a pompier station

If you ever get a hoover nozzle stuck up your arse then you call the pompier ... last time it accidentally happened I got my fungal toenail done at the same time

Probably deserves its own thread, but I've just been catching up with the D-Day commemorations.
Very impessed with Macron (although I didn't agree with everything he said), Trump and Teresa May. Her delivery of a letter sent home by one of the fallen was beautifully poignant and she seemed to live every word.

The bravery and unquestioning commitment from those brave, brave men is something we will never see the like of again in such huge numbers.

That generation was undoubtedly THE GREATEST GENERATION.

They gave their today for all our tomorrows.

They must never be forgotten.

We will remember them.

Interesting to read about the leaked opcw report on last year's Doumma event, concluding it highly likely that it was staged. MP Chris Williamson asks Teresa May to comment. I wonder if we may hear some bad press about him shortly.

Doesn't surprise me either, simply reaffirms my view on how international politics and the mainstream, spineless, controlled media operate. I called bullshit straight away, and was ridiculed for it. It was very close, timewise, to the laughable Skripal affair, another chemical attack, Russia, again on the naughty side.

BBC Syria producer claims to have absolute proof that the hospital scene was staged, but strangely, no bbc article available to read.

I look forward to hearing May's comments and to bringing this up on phone in radio.

What action was taken as a result of the original OPCW report?

Why is some bint from the 'Institute for Economic Affairs' invited on Newsnight to give her (their) opinion on Ford closing its Bridgend plant?
