Has that been confirmed?

My mate has a drone that cost him a ground and it can fly pretty ****ing high and far. Even do things like track onto a person and follow it smoothly

Was reported on BBC news, although Police don't know make or model and are asking public for pics. A suggestion it might be an anti Gatwick group but it's speculation at present

My ECF grade was in the 120's when I played League matches but I haven't played competitively for about 5 years now due to my 4.30am starts at work. Mostly play on computer now as after a while you can suss out the programme's weaknesses. Also played on the Red Hot Pawn site...
I play on chess.com and recently signed up to lichess. Have a look, it's great to play against people and in tournaments. If you do, let me know, we will play.

Don’t like it, don’t read it, it’s that simple.
Have you ever heard about pots and kettles and the colour black?. Do you have to read what DT says if it goes to make you go into an apopleptic rage each time? So as you seem to be more upset than I am, after you old boy, show me your human side and I will not call you out for your histrionic hissy fits. You do realise this is a democratic forum here not necessarily a popularity contest. And the same goes for my ignored member who can now only resort to supporting any comments that disagree with what I've said instead of wading through his limited vocabulary of petty insults and command of stupid emoticons rather than engage in reasoned debate. I've found the forum so much more civilised and enjoyable since I started to ignore his incessant ignorant drivel.

I worked with 6 Russian teachers about 15 years ago and also have several Russian friends at my chess club, not one of them has anything good to say about the 'Soviet era' of which the 'Useful Idiot' is such an admirer. Not a pleasent era by any means. Hard to imagine any sane person finding that worth defending...
Fine. I'll fill in the blanks. So you haven't worked or lived behind the Iron Curtain yourself but you have met a lot of Russian teachers 15 years ago when they came to the glorious West. Was that a school trip or holiday or something a bit more substantial The Berlin Wall and the Iron Curtain had already come down long before then.

I worked with them up until I left that job 6 years ago, they are still here and happy to stay. Most are in their 50s now so know what life was like in the past and would never go back to the country. I think I'd take their view of life over there over yours. If it's that great why are so many over here?...

Read a conspiracy over this (it came to me).

Is there an agenda to ban drone? The market leader is DJI, which is Chinese. So is it a cover for trade war like Huawei !?

Does sound suspicious how a poxy drone could be stopping the airport for more than 24 hours

You ever tried the variants (not sure if chess.com have it) called bughouse and crazyhouse. Those are good too

I've not. Is that on lichess? What's the set up where the pieces start in different positions? You a player too bob?

Bughouse is a 4 player crazyhouse.

Crazyhouse is exactly the same as normal chess except that any pieces you have taken can be placed back on the board in any empty space that you want (takes up 1 go).

Bughouse you play as partners but its the pieces that your partner takes that you can place instead of the ones you take.

I used to play my bro as a kid. When the internet age came i played during my teens. I stopped playing when i hit my gcses

Comrade Yorkie doesn’t like anyone knocking Corbyn or Russia. The nerve gas incident in Salisbury wasn’t Russian and never happened in his eyes. Corbyn is his pin-up boy. He probably wears a red star badge. :emoticon-0100-smile

Interesting, I notice no one has mentioned the Forbes report on UK business...I wonder why?
Funny how we are told the Tories wanted to divert from Brexit to ‘Corbyngate’. And many on here said the ‘stupid woman’ was not as Important as Brexit matters?
So surely we should all be rejoicing in this news? Remember it is for 2018 the year when businesses Has had nothing but uncertainty, yet we came top of list?
I haven’t seen many remainers in the media pick up on this? Can you imagine if it had been negative?

Didn’t your lot once get caught ****ing dead pig’s heads? I still believe 100% that Salisbury was something different to the media reports

Yes, rejoice, Britain as a full member of the EU is the best place to do business in the world! Shame that as the first article you posted points out, political uncertainty has led to reduced business investment and considerable nervousness about the future.

Remoaner in disguise. Also I wouldn’t compare how we run business compared to say France?
Just out of interest if the reason UK business Is so good because we are in the EU.... how many EU countries make the top 5?

I don’t know, none probably as you draw attention to it. Why isn’t Germany up there, as it is a much more successful economy than ours? Probably because it’s good at things like taxing business appropriately and protecting workers rights, which business doesn’t like. The ideal business environment would be a totally deregulated one, which would be horrible to be an employee in.

While you are around, do you support the anti migration protesters in Brussels, not support them or do you have no opinion?

Nor would I re France
In the UK money is readily available for business from the banks however the UK model is far more fragile without any doubt . There aren’t the safeguards in place in the UK and so it’s dog eat dog ... ask any SME to find out the truth as the common theme will be they run a tight business model ... that is to say it’s pillar to post with the banks controlling the whole thing

In France there are far more rules and protections right the way down to the individual

Up to you which you think carries the most sense
That imo why Brexiteer’s are risking everything for a couple of worthless principals. I hope after Brexit they will take full responsibility for their views that will wipe away the hard work

I expect however an increased blame culture towards the EU
