I see some twat handed May a P45 for his 30 seconds of fame. They should take him away and throw him in prison for a year.

Tories are dying (literally). I don't think there is anyone around currently who can evolve the party to something capable of a majority. The best thing that could happen to them long term is for Labour to get a chance and hope they balls it up.
Never should we want Corbyn and his thick bunch of lefties to get power. People would vote for Boris if he was leader. He is the most popular politition.

I should be a Tory but I'm not. I'd like to see how they'd get on as all I've known has been Tory or Tory-lite governments. People under 40 are pretty sick of it and are increasingly willing to gamble on the alternative- some would argue they've little to lose, rightly or wrongly.

I am not sure there is a left or right

Just beige corruption imo

The sickening thing is that people in U.K. politics all seem to have the same chip set installed

At the moment the vote has to go to Corbyn even if the Labour are just as a mess. I hope we are in the twilight of this mess as both choices are really no real choice

A line needs to be drawn as all we have at the moment is limp personalities hopefully Brexit brings a revolution the U.K. despately needs

I said at 5.00 am the morning after the election..that election was one "not to win". A complete poison chalice. However I did not expect Teresa May to be quite as incompetent as she has turned out to be....(although I should have guessed from her desire to call the election in the first place.)

She is surrounded by idiots, schemers and sycophants...everyone out for their own promotion. She has no polices of her own, she has no plan about Brexit, she basically knows not what she is doing...I think she is mentally now very close to the edge and suspect she will stand down for health reasons very soon

And do not think Boris will be the answer he just cannot be trusted "They have got a brilliant vision to turn Sirte into the next Dubai"The only thing they have got to do is clear the dead bodies away," he said, before laughing.

I am with SB on this, there will not be another election, the Tories are not that stupid so they have got to get Davidson to take over the reins, for the sake of the country, and before it is too late.

A bit of 'mare for May. Simon Brodkin hands her a P45 (saying Boris told him to do it), she has a coughing fit, and then parts of her speech turn out to be copied from the West Wing.

Apparently ISIS have claimed responsibility.

From the police:-
Earlier today a man was detained by conference security during the prime minister's speech. Officers attended and the man was arrested to prevent a breach of the peace and was released a short time later. The man had legitimate accreditation which granted him access to the conference site. In light of this we will be reviewing the accreditation process with the Conservative Party. Even with accreditation, everyone at the conference goes through airport-style searches before being allowed entry to the site."

It appears he has not done anything wrong Ellers...and even those body scanner things at the airport will not detect a paper P45

And the letter F fell off the word 'For' in the slogan behind her <laugh> You couldn't write it (literally). May had a mare today. She will be gone soon and for the sake of the country I hope they get someone in that is not as weak.

To be fair, coughing is also a symptom of having a feckin’ cough. And it is colds and flu season.

As Darren says SB ( I do not have any idea who Darren is!!!!)....“Nine in 10 people don’t recognise coughing as a sign of lying."...It is all hidden under the lies and deceit of...."having a cold"

Although she is a remainer, I believe that person is Ruth Davidson.

Davidson doesn't want the job. TBH I don't blame her. Poison chalice at the moment with Brexit. I reckon she will wait until it's sorted (which could be a long time).

So we are to blame the young for how the old voted? Well, I suppose that fits in with the new British tradition of always blaming someone else.

The one good thing to come out of the referendum was the politicisation of the young. Now we just need to find someone better than Corbyn for them to follow.
Not sure how you get to blaming the young for how the old voted
Maybe you can blame the young for how they didn't vote at all
