So it was a 'military grade' and it was of a 'High purity' (now confirmed). I guess that puts to bed some rogue state or terrorist. It also means that Boris was spot on as was PD.

You know it's changed but typically you won't accept the facts. Egg on face moment.
OPCW findings concur with PD. We know the what, now for the who and why and how did they survive. How do we determine that? What are our options? What next?
I've said all along that I'm open to all info. So, what's changed? We can eliminate non government actors?

What's changed? The OPCW has identified the chemical used in the poisoning, confirming Porton Down's findings. Neither could say that the agent 'categorically' came from Russia as Johnson said PD had. Johnson lied.

Sometimes I find it hard to debate with some on here. (not you Woody). Some posters will never admit when they are wrong.
Everything has now changed when they used the terms 'military grade' and 'High purity'. That is the DNA the points directly to Russia. They couldn't have spelt it out any better.

Debate is a healthy and important part of our lives. The toughest subjects will be hard at times. I find it an enjoyable process and always remember that if we were all together at a qpr game, we'd be hugging each other when we scored.
So the findings of the OPCW agree with the PD findings. They didn't name it in their report, but if PD did, we can assume by agreeing it was novichok.
What have you got about the DNA pointing at Russia?
I've not followed it today. What' happened? Have the OPCW stated it was the Russians? Has new evidence come out? What's JC done to have to hang his head in shame?
