Where is there a reliable source for this story in the net ? I've searched under different headings but not found anything yet. One problem is that many people use the expressions Rumanian and Romany almost interchangeably - if a crime were committed by English Gypsies would the media refer to them as 'English' or 'Gypsies' ? Probably the latter - but if they come from Rumania this is not the case - then they are 'Rumanian'.
try BBC web page, the same people who defecate in public in and around Hyde Park no doubt. Very hard to defend some people, but the left will. Mr. Rodriguez the restaurant owner said,''in 35 years in the trade, that's the first time I've ever heard such a thing happening''. That's the reason I brought it up. Strange behaviour

Can't find it on the BBC. If it is on such a web site then you would have to ask whether it is normal that the BBC spend their time reporting on people running out of restaurants - and would they have done it if the culprits had not been Rumanian ? There are many restaurant or cafe owners who have had their premises systematically trashed by fans from Chelsea, Millwall, England or whatever - were these occurences represented as being a slur on everything English ?

You might ask the question about which is the bigger crime - a few people sleeping rough and consequently pissing where they can, or the hotels in that area which start at 550 pounds per night. You might also ask how a country like Italy has over ten times the numbers of Rumanian immigrants than Britain does, yet, apparently has fewer problems of integration.

Did you read the Hilton piece?

He has a few points and I agree 2 years is not that long to sort things out. It should have been 5 years. Remember this is a first for the EU, we are the first to leave. His article however, is on the basis that the EU will still be together, I think the whole thing is falling apart. I also think that there is a lot of rhetoric and misguided information created by certain parties to disrupt the process.

The rules is the rules - it's two years from triggering Article 50. May could delay to buy some time for diplomacy if she chose to, but she's painted herself into a corner.

You can't ignore the difficulties by wishing them away, Ellers. Like it or not, we will have to cut a deal with the EU and it will be horrendously difficult. May's current stance is going to make it more so.

Do you think that anyone who in any way criticises May's approach is doing so with a view to disrupting or derailing the process? That dissent should be silenced?

You finally worked out what a føkkin disaster Brexit is then!
Best thing this country has done in a long time. Getting out of that corrupt organisation before it all falls down. Sadly not everyone can see it because they believe the rubbish stirred up by a few remoaners. We just need to get on with it and people like Blair should f22k off back to one of his 38 houses he owns.

You have your opinion and I'll have mine. May knows what she is doing.

Yes, I have my opinion and I'm ****ed if your childish responses will stop me voicing it.
You can scream all you like but we are leaving the EU, so you can either moan and bitch or accept and move forward. I know what I will be doing because moaning won't get you anywhere.

Can't find it on the BBC. ?

Some 120 diners celebrating a baptism at a restaurant in a north-western Spanish town all fled the restaurant at once without paying, the owner said.

The Romanian diners, who had paid a deposit of €900 ($950; £770), left the El Carmen restaurant in Bembibre as dessert was due to be served, Antonio Rodriguez said.

"It happened in the space of a minute," he said. "It was something they had planned and they left in a stampede."

The diners owe €2,000 more, he said.

Mr Rodriguez gave police the details on the reservation but said he held out little hope of being repaid. Police told El Pais newspaper they had not yet been able to contact any of the diners.

The diners had consumed starters, a main course and 30 bottles of various alcoholic drinks, he said, adding that it was the first time in 35 years of working in the restaurant trade that he had seen seen anything comparable.
