Actually the rumour that the EU. was trying to ban straight and bendy bananas was probably the biggest Euromyth of all. As Boris Johnson once said, when a journalist, 'Never let the facts get in the way of a good story'. Bananas (like all other products) are classified by quality and size so that they can be traded internationally (also for packing purposes). Quality standards are necessary so that people know exactly what they are buying. This is exactly the same for China or America, or anywhere else. 'Straight and bendy', are not banned - but a straight banana ? Bearing in mind that they curl up towards the sun by nature, a straight one would probably be a mutation anyway.
Who cares about bananas now because we are leaving the EU. I don't care if they are red/white and blue.
I'm still yet to hear from any Brextard exactly which EU laws they want to repeal when we 'get our country back'.
I agree Stroller needs to make a Pie-chart to why he keeps coming back with his bitter little posts? This thread is becoming a little pathetic tbh. Why the obsession with this?
The debate is over and remain lost.
Let's all move on and try to get the best possible brexit deal.

No answer then Col?
Watching the rugby mate. You really are becoming a little hysterical on this thread.
Stop posting on it then. I'm only responding to what is fired at me.
eer that's a bit dumb because you did in a previous post. Sadly all you can offer are stupid pie-charts that you get mocked for.I'm not even going to ask you for an answer Ellers, you have nothing to offer (Insert crying baby).

For AmericanI think Stroller's question is a fair one tbh. What EU laws should/will be changed?
If the final outcome is the same regardless (hypothetically), does it really bother people if the person having the final say is British or French or German?

Free movement of labour and The Common Fisheries Policy. Does that answer the question?
