Ford will cut 1,300 UK jobs over the next two years,
20% of the total workforce.
The chairman cited “high inflation, high interest rates and the cost of energy” as the causes.
The products will still be made - but not in the UK.
What have we achieved?

Mmm......based on shear numbers maybe.
We have undoubtedly reduced our armed forces far too much.
However, with regards to capability, training and top, top, tier one special forces, we're still very much at the top table.

I don’t think I can even pin this on Brexit. Who goes out to buy a new car in 2023 and thinks “maybe I’ll go for a Ford”. **** cars.
