Not this forums proudest moment, think the worse thing I did was call him Eellers, certainly came across as don’t upset the sites stalwarts or you’re outta here.

Nope, my suspicions were that I was the sacrificial lamb to keep certain people with certain opinions happy. To be fair I think I’ve found common ground with most people with differing opinions on the qpr page. Goldie for instance I have a lot of respect for, whilst politically we are a distance apart at least he is mostly fair and consistent, well as much as any of us are.

Totally this.....I might not agree with some on here but I’ve been able to mostly have disagreements without getting personal...all except one poster.

Let's get one thing clear. I never reported you or anyone to any mod.
The only thing I did was call you out for the name change. Which I did on the open forum.
I put you on ignore because you were talking utter rubbish. Maybe you got a ban for talking cr2p I don't know but I doubt you were some 'sacrificial lamb' for anyone.

The one thing I found most annoying, no warning, no explanation it was down to brb to let me know... me and brb also differ in our political stances.

If they do ban you it could be the death of the QPR page, it’d just show a lack of balance which won’t go down well with a number of posters, including myself. Yes there’s a little friction with other posters but there is one common denominator in all this. Oh and there’s no way I’d ever want that common denominator banned, I think he’s welcome to his opinions and others should be able to mock them.

I know I’ve met you briefly once but know from previous experience that it’s harder to dislike someone who you actually get to know, rather than see you as words in an Internet forum. I’ve heard you’re a decent bloke in real life.....no reason we couldn’t get on

New Zealand has 3M visitors a year and we have 147M (I believe). So I wouldn't call that a good comparison. However, they have still done very well. I believe we have been hit hard due to London having the busiest airport and that our capital is the most multicultural around (I believe). Add to that we have many clinically obese people and many ignoring the initial advice which was the start of our downfall. Then you can add-in Lockdown time/Carehomes/testing and no shut down of LHR which has added to the misery. I think the Government has made a decision that they don't want the economy to flatline so they have taken a risk by expecting people to use common sense. Do I believe there will be a further spike... probably yes? However, this disease has caused problems that no government could have foreseen. I believe it's been around a lot longer than people think.

nz has no visitors at the moment because the govt thought closing the main route of infections into the country would be a good idea

Name change? I went under another name until I locked myself out Due to password issues. I came back to the forum after some time and created a new account. Your accusations were unfounded and wrong, and I wasn’t who you’d said. Ok I believe you that you didn’t call for the ban and I respect that.

if anyone is going to get banned for talking crap ... well, this place would be empty by now.

Anyway let’s keep away from bans like I’ve said I’d never support that if it was you, strange as it might sound I’d be one of those asking you to be reinstated.

I disagree (with the ignore bit)......we should be able to debate without getting childish.
Let’s be honest, we are both not innocent on that part.....wouldn’t you agree ?
I just struggle when I see you calling people stupid and sometimes I feel you come over as very condescending......just the way I see it and it gets my back up.

Entirely up to you if you wanna put someone on ignore, its a function on the forum people are free to use, whilst I did think you had called for my ban I believe you and actually respect your last couple of comments to me, another poster has said you’re a top lad especially in person just avoid politics

Anyway from our little exchange here I think we can shake hands and if anyone gets banned again both be on the same page to get them back. Web forums like this seem to be interesting for a dwindling few so let’s not make it less.
