It’s almost like Labour have sat in a room and said “what do students and young people really like?”

“A four day week?” One replies.
“£15 an hour working at McDonald’s in the holidays” another said.
    “Free WiFi!!” Said the other.

And so the manifesto was created

After all, Kiwi's graph (which he didn't even bother checking) shows that they are financial geniuses having managed to achieve a modest budget surplus in precisely two years under John Major in the 31 years (from 43). Labour under that financial moron, Gordon Brown managed to do so for 4 years out of Labour's 12. We're in safe hands then and they can add 'financially sound' to 'strong and stable' as the second string to their election bow. First string? Well of course step forward 'Operation Fear'. It's so clever. And necessary given that Boris seems unable to present a coherent answer whenever he is unlucky enough to be caught on camera. The future is bright.

    As I said
I didn't realise it was missing some years
I still don't know if the Tories have matched labours 2009 incompetence
You can obviously tell us all
Was any of Gordon Brown surpluses due to his expertise in the gold market

Haven't a clue. He is as much, although your stats suggest otherwise, an expert in gold and other financial matters as every Tory chancellor in the 43 years figures you produced. A tip my cut and paster. Don't dig any further. Unless of course you are auditioning for the role of ditch digger for Boris in which case I'm sure plenty will be willing to help you

The global economic crash probably didn’t help what with bailing out the banks and all that. Doubt it was cheap or budgeted for. Brown is widely recognised for not making a **** situation worse.

If it wasn’t for Blair’s weird Iraq/Bush crusade, there wouldn’t be much of a stick to beat Labour with.

PFI's are Broon's legacy, the NHS and most Education Authority's/New Build Academys will be in hock for decades...
