Joan Ryan and Luciana Bergen both went vocal about the violent death threats made against them. Labour don't appear to disclose details of the 800 plus complaints made to them by Jewish members, but the Heil Hitler stuff is ignored, so it will be mostly hate-speech and threats of violence
Didn't Jezza have some picture in his office?

Goldie you mustn't mention the Corbyn/Jew problem. They will gang up on you, :emoticon-0127-lipss I mentioned it once and I think I got away with it.

:emoticon-0100-smile There's a lot of **** that's gonna come out over the next six weeks affecting all parties. I just have a feeling Corbyn is sitting on a volcano on this anti Jewish stuff because he hasn't done enough to stamp on it

Yes, perhaps, but it was one article, it's out there now and a lot of people secretly agree with Boris about the face mask. I do. They're ridiculous imo. He just said it undiplomatically.

Agree. I wish I had got the name of some women speaking on the radio about Jezza and his jew problem. She was very damning of him and the party as a whole. She mentioned Livingston and his Zionist comments as well as Jewish Labour people being in fear... and it came from the top.
We all know he has a problem, I just cant believe the deniers won't accept it. Next they will be telling us Auschwitz wasn't real?

Historically he has said a lot, lot worse and words matter, he has been in a position of power and influence for years and through things him and others have said, it empowers people to act in a truly abhorrent manor, maybe from his past he wasn't the best to speak up on the issue. I also suspect Johnson doesn't understand the complexities of the matter, no doubt any progress will have to be baby steps.

I haven't seen a lot worse, but there was the watermelon smile stuff. I agree he needs to think of the ramifications when he writes this stuff. He's PM now and a journalist no longer

You do understand that to have issues with Zionists is not to be anti Jewish right?

This is politics at its most interesting!

Does Farage really want to help Johnson out? He's been very disparaging of the 'brilliant' deal (the one May turned down months ago), and his raison d'etre will disappear (along with his EU salary) once we've actually left. Farage would be best served if the Tories lost and he could rally all the Leave voters into the Brexit party for the next election - which would happen pretty quickly with another minority government.

Farage has offered a deal to Johnson if the Tories drop his Withdrawal Agreement. They won't do that, so expect the whole nine yards from the Brexit Party. The interesting thing is whether this could be good for Boris in the long run, because it will draw votes away from Labour candidates in the North (except Bob!)

Or could it be good for the other parties as the brexit vote will be split between deal and no deal? As you say interesting times

I am genuinely intrigued about this excellent deal by boris. So excellent that some tories think it's no good, yet are willing to vote for it. That in my eyes is a true traitor to their country. Consciously voting for something they think isnt good. Bizarre to say the least.

The Brexit Party will take more votes from the Tories than it will from Labour. I think the threat to Labour MPs in Leave-voting constituencies is overstated - the Leave voters would be mostly Tory or Brexit supporters anyway. They would only be a real threat to Labour if one of the two didn't stand.

Farage plans to have candidates up here too - good luck with that Nigel! The Tories will lose at least ten of their seats, either to SNP or Libs. Labour will be lucky to keep the seats they've got.

Outwith of Brexit, we also have Independance to factor in to our votes up here

SNP - pro-Indy, anti-Brexit
Libs - anti-Indy, anti-Brexit
Tory - anti-Indy, pro-Brexit
Green - pro-Indy, anti-Brexit
Lab - undecided-Indy (SNP will hold them to ransom on this if they need tbe numbers), unclear-Brexit

Thankfully, I'll be sat by the pool on election day so don't have to chose!
