Well done Boris!!! He didn’t sign the letter!
Downing Street has sent 2 letters <laugh>
Good old Bojo!!!!! The country is with you Boris!

Just watching Corbyn’s Commons piece after the Letwin Amendment was approved on a vote of 322 vs 306.

He welcomed the result, declaring it as the House declining to back the PM’s deal today and preventing a “no deal crash-out”. He described the vote result as “emphatic” in that respect.

322 out of 628 votes is 51.3%.

So, the Leader of HM’s Opposition is of the view that 51.3% is an emphatic result.

Hmmm....

Presumably a result of 51.89% in, I don’t know, say a referendum, is ever so slightly more emphatic then?
problem with Corbyn is he calls terrorist brothers and friends and has a problem with Jews. Only this week another Labour mp said she never wanted him to be PM ever. He is unelectable.. he reminds me (although I was young) of that Michael Foot bloke.

21 MPs abstained on the Letwin Amendment vote. Seven are Sinn Fein and one is that **** Bercow, which is understandable as Speaker, leaving 13 other MPs: 4 Con, 8 Lab and 1 independent.

Brexit is bloody serious, isn’t it? How can these 13 not have a view one way or the other?

Pathetic.

I’m afraid I’m old enough to remember KGB Foot. He was the commie bastard child of Worzel Gummidge and Lt. Colombo.

If we ever get to the next GE we got:

A Tory Party that will deliver Brexit one way or the other.

The Nambies that will call Brexit off and ignore the wishes 17.4 million people.

The Labour Party, that will negotiate a deal, then campaign against it, then ask the electorate to vote for all of that crap or call the whole thing off.

That’s leadership, Mr Corbyn. At least Swinson’s got a great set of norks.

Michael Foot wasn’t actually as bad as the right wing media of the time made out. A man of principle imho.

I remember him as a scruffy soviet sympathiser. However as I said I was quite young when he was unelectable. I remember the great Margaret Thatcher though. See was very electable and a great Prime Minister.
