:emoticon-0100-smile May will go with it. If Boris does pull it off, and if it's generally regarded as a workable agreement and he gets it through Parliament, it seems to me the big loser is Corbyn. He'll be seen by many as negative and an irrelevance. No doubt he'll promise large payouts to supporters during the GE and try an put in another good campaign but he'll be replaced by Labour if he loses.

I am slightly surprised at prevailing mood of optimism that deal is close. Because I am hearing new obstacles have arisen, and prospects of entente tonight are receding. Goodness only knows what that means for European Council tomorrow
