I take back everything I said about the wrong in lobbing milkshakes at people. I would sincerely love to Chuck one that hateful twat’s way and then throw him off a building. He’s one obnoxious ****.
I saw that interview in my current jet lagged state. He and the ex communist Brexit Party woman were predictably scathing. Jones had coffee stains on his T shirt, but was outshone by Ken Clarke who was dressed like an Australian’s nightmare.

I don’t really pay any heed to people who shout their opinions for money. Especially if they are males who don’t shave yet.

I do enjoy the reactions he engenders. He's absolutely right though. Now, where's that Russell Brand clip?

Isn't being delusional a pre-requisite for a politician?
Not at all. I seriously doubt her sanity, though. The worst PM since, well, Cameron. How ****ing dare she invoke Sir Nicholas Winton and his advice about the value of compromise? Compromise never entered her head until it was too late, and then just as a doomed attempt to save her own sorry skin. Her tears were only for herself, when they should have been for all the people she and her government have ****ed over.

But, other than that?

Totally agree with her referencing Sir Nicholas Winton.
My all time greatest hero and should be classed as the greatest ever Englishman for his deeds. She wouldn’t be fit to kiss his boots.

Gents,

I have to say it’s odd. Those right of centre are supposedly the unfeeling, nasty ones. But the hatred and bile expressed towards the likes of May or Farage does you little credit. I thought you guys were supposed to be the tolerant lovely ones?

I know you’ll say it’s OK to be like this about these types because you ‘know’ they’re devils incarnate and deserving of the treatment you dish out, but to me you just come across as completely opposite to the kind of individuals I know you to be.

Surprising.

Neither has caused anywhere near the harm that the Blair creature has. Neither ever will.

Yeah, May was useless, but she’s now history. Who the **** cares?

I do find (Stainsey is a definite exception) that many of those on the far left do tend to completely dismiss any opposing point of view.

You project rather a lot, my friend, and seem a little over-sensitive regarding criticism of your right-wing compadres.

By the way, the Blair 'creature' was opposed at every turn by Jeremy Corbyn regarding his overseas interventions, whilst being supported by the vast majority of the Tory Party. Go Jezza.

What happens next prediction game, I’ll go first:

Tory MPs lose their bottle and let Boris Johnson, who none of them trust and many of them hate, be one of the final two leadership candidates

120,000 gammon and blue rinse but surprisingly sensitive to insults from others who they think take offence too easily Tory party members appoint him prime minister, because that’s the way democracy works folks

He is still beholden to the DUP for a parliamentary majority. He discovers that now keeping an open border with Ireland, not the backstop, is the most important thing for them. He can’t deliver a hard Brexit through Parliament, so he first tries to reopen negotiations with the EU, who tell him to **** off, and then declares he will run down the clock and prepare for a no deal Brexit in October.

Uproar as this is not a parliamentary decision and he decides to call a general election.

Which results in a hung parliament, including 6 (possibly many more) Brexit Party MPs, and we are back to square one.

It was always the Irish border that was going to be the stumbling block. Ignored by every Leave protagonist because it's too difficult and frustrates the 'will of the people', the Good Friday Agreement is an international treaty, which can't just be torn up to accommodate No-Dealers.

Matthew Parriss has an interesting theory that PM Johnson (or similar) might be the only way that A50 revocation could happen. The theory being that it would take a rabid Brexiter, having fruitlessly tried to renegotiate with the EU, to persuade the ERG loons that Brexit just can't be delivered.

My prediction is that Johnson is anointed as PM, but loses his Uxbridge seat in the inevitable subsequent GE, where Labour become the biggest party in a hung parliament. A second EU referendum is held, which results in a 52:48 Remain victory. Riots ensue, with thousands killed - mostly from strokes and heart attacks.
