So while I have been away...
. May looks like she is finished and is a sh2t dancer.
. Johnson is carefully saying the right things to position himself (some just don't understand).
. Comrade Corbyn has proved he has a problem with Jews again!
. 2 Russians have been identified as the poison attackers...funny some on here disagreed with that one?
. Trump seems to be doing well with the economy but has a leaky white house. Someone will soon do doing the Potomac two-step. (funny some on here said that wouldn't happen. Maybe if I sound intelligent I might get more likes).
. but most importantly the R's are getting better!
Are you sure you didn't miss anything else Ellers or did you just pick the bits that suit your political alignment. Not having a dig mate either, just reiterating what I said above.

What a shame, Mogg’s European Research Group have abandoned plans to publish their 140 page manifesto on how brilliant a no deal Brexit will be. Apparently other Brexiters, including Johnson, read it and declined to sign up, because it is ****. It promised tax cuts for everyone, but especially capital gains tax (remind me who that benefits most?) is riddled with financial and legal errors, and includes such swivel eyed barminess as a permanent expeditionary force in the Falklands and a special Star Wars Programme just for the UK to defend us from nuclear attack. Outstanding.

Meanwhile Johnson ‘allies’ angry about leak of a dossier detailing his many indiscretions. What they are not doing is denying the truth of anything at all in the dossier. As one Tory party grandee said, it appears that the skeletons in Johnson’s cupboard all have skin, big tits and are currently shopping in the West End. He is a man who consistently lies to his employers, his colleagues, his friends, his wife and his children. Oh, and the electorate. Surely even the Tories can do better?

Bob It was Just the political stuff I was talking about. However, I did forget to mention the masses of Panasonic staff (20) going to Europe. I also forgot to mention the scallop thing.
On another note
It is funny how the remoaners are knocking JRM and Boris as the time gets closer to our exit from the dead union. Hardly anyone knew of JRM a few months ago but as his popularity rockets he has become public enemy number one by the remoaners.
He is being knocked as is Boris for being 'posh' and because he went to a good school. It is sad when people knock someone for achieving something. Both Boris and JRM have succeeded in their areas and because their views don't sit with some they are castigated.
I read something today about Boris from someone just being bitter. They tried to mock his education. which actually made them look stupid. Not only was it wrong but completely wide of the mark.
Maybe If I sounded intelligent I would get more likes. :1980_boogie_down:

While away in the EU I got to talk to many fab people over dinner, in bars or at party's I got invited to. It really did bring home and reinforce my stance on the EU. This is one example of an Italian living in France

Today I found this story regarding Italy and the EU
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/20...ays-italy-could-yet-leave-eu-bloc-has-failed/

It reminded me of a conversation I had with a very funny Italian bloke at a restaurant who had worked for many years in the UK/France and Italy. Over a large glass of red wine in the most picturesque place I brought up the word Brexit. Surprisingly he laughed and said Italy would be the next to leave. "I worked in London for many years" he said "A great place and I loved it there". He went on to say that working in France was harder and they had 'stupid rules and high taxes". I asked him why live in France? He said "it's completely different to living in UK and Italy. it was very beautiful but quiet here and his wife loved that. He went on to say "Maybe in 5 years we will return to the UK".
I asked about Italy and he said "The EU was hurting Italy and they would also leave". At that stage his wife came back and we finished talking Brexit and discussed the food so I didn't get his full comments on it.

Just watching catch up of Last night at the Proms and they need to politicise that with idiots wearing EU hats and waving EU flags during Land of hope and glory. Typical BBC cameras focusing on the flags...muppets....Bloody hell they overdid it with the EU flags!
Well done London and Belfast for not having many outside in the parks.

Just found this.

Nothing that bunch of self-serving c*nts do ever surprises me anymore. The biggest scandal as that the pissartist threatened to resign over it, tells you everything you need to know about the way the gravy train is run...

And people (remainers) have a go at us for wanting out of that corrupt organisation? I think the remainers need to wake up and smell the coffee.

There you go, the 'Celtic Tiger' milked the EU for decades till it went bust, now it has to contribute they want out. The same will happen across the EU especially if we go and they have to make up our shortfall. It's a 'house of cards'...
