You are also completely ignoring the actual RULES of club trained. anyone from anywhere on the planet can be club trained so stop being silly and realise its all just in good fun supporting flanno. a pastime, a jape, a bit of tomfoolery.

an association trained player is someone who is reigstered anywhere in england between 15 and 21 for 3 entire seasons

a club trained player has to be HERE AT LFC for those 3 years

Club trained possibilites:

Ward
Flanagan
Texiteria (soon to go)
Ibe
Brannagan
smith
Chirvella
Gomez can qualify (barely) we cannot loan him out.

most of these are U21 still and none are that good yet. So u21 means they can go on b list and play anyway

We've not the numbers to make a full 25 man european squad and this is no laughing matter

These rules are designed to get more and more strict as years go on to prevent the likes of citeh and such just buying who they like.

eve nthe mighty barca been 4 club trained players to make up the numbers... they are just better at it.

this is an indictment of the failure of our academy bascially. we've jut done a **** job at it.

 

Of course we need to be mindful of that but that doesn't mean we need to carry dross to make up the numbers.

City converted sterling from a valued club trained player to an association player. city can buy delph and sterling to pad those numbers but are really short of quoata themselves

This explains why we have the 4th biggest wage bill in the premiership. We paid far too much transfer fees for average players and we are paying them well above what they deserve. Benteke: 140k? Enrique and Skrtel : 75k each? Give me a break. It would be nice to compare our players wages with the likes of Vardy, Mahrez, Kante...

 

Those players will have a strop and demand more wages in the summer.

Yes its nice that Leicester are getting back more from them than their wages suggest but that won't last.

Every player in the prem will want the big money as soon as they can them players no dif just at the moment Leicester are laughing.

Guy on BBC world service earlier was saying last night there was an increased presence of security last night near the metro station and they were stopping and questioning all Arab looking men.

I wonder if they had a tip but didn't quite have quite the right information.

 

There's also discussion that attacks have been moved forward because they lifted one of the planners because cells are worried he'd shop them before they could attack.
