You are very optomistic Albert considering our current plight and looking at our matches going up to end of Dec. I see very little sign of improvement forthcoming.
It wouldn't surprise me to see us 3rd/4th from bottom by year end and then I'm hoping for a decent intake of transfer targets to get us going again.

If we lose our next six games, it doesn't matter what we think about Pardew. Because he'll be gone either way. The clubs record is clear as day, and if we lose our next six games, Pardew is sacked, and we hire someone who can't turn it around. Then that's it, we're relegated. I can't see any other alternative. So the games against Stoke and Fulham are crucial.

If we do sack Pardew, our only hope is that his replacement CAN turn it around, but who that manager will be I don't know.

Disagree. Kept the ball fairly well in all three. Spurs are a good side, Liverpool a good home side. Sunderland may have been ****e but it was a derby and we were down to 10 men. All good performances for me. I think they are pprobably viewed differently now because of our current form.

Its a mixture of hope and expectation. I hope we will strengthen in January and thus I expect a much stronger finish to the season.
    Could be wrong though..

Bloody hell, we aren't going to lose the next 6 games, even Derby never lost 9 games in a row in the 11 point season or whatever it was, at least be realistic ffs.

Bet you'd have said we wouldn't lose the last three games though.

I said it because people are saying give Pardew time, but it's not beyond question that we'll only win won of our next 5 games.

Yeah I wouldn't have thought it but losing 9 in a row is just IMPOSSIBLE. We need at least 6 points from our next 6 games for me, but I've already written off this premier league season as mid table mediocrity, we need to go all out for the cups.

That one comment alone shows that our manager has failed us so far this year for me, writing off a league campaign before December.

But I said before the season 8th was the best we could hope for in the league, as it happens we'll probs be a couple of places lower but for me 2012/13 should always have been a year to try and raise our European profile by having a go at the EL.
