@Stan Local band called Fireroad, just finished touring with Stereophonics the drummer is from the same street as Kelly.
Good music scene around here at the moment, Cripple Creek are back together, Only The Reign and Fireroad both playing local and bigger events. Google Only the Reign and listen to Keep You Near.
Genuinely saddened to hear about the death of Dolores O’Riordan. She had a beautiful voice but was a troubled little thing. I loved some of their earlier stuff which was around the time I started uni when music was like a soundtrack. “Zombie” is still iconic. RIP Dolores.
Never really a fan of the Cranberries, although very sad to hear that she has died. The girl I was going out with at the time when they were popular, around 1990-1992 was really into them, and I used tolerate listening to it because I knew it meant sex later when she played their tunes So although I didn't like their music, I have fond memories of hearing it. Around the same time, I was more into this sort of thing:
Share that feeling, absolutely adored her voice and she wrote some great lyrics. The Cranberries were a proper band First hit was 1993, in 1990 you'd have to have been living in Limerick to know who they were. Calling BS.
A bit boring i know, but that song is played in virtually every bar and gogo in thailand constantly. Alomg with Scorpions wind of change.
