A nice cosy gathering you've got going on here.............i'm a bit depressed this evening..........because I went to the match.........and I couldn't ever see how Argyle will be able to score..........it looked like they were trying for a 0-0..........I'll tell you a run down of what I saw tomorrow if anyones interested........but it looks a bit uphill from what I saw today, carry on with your frivolity everyone........last one out turns the light out.
sounded depressing from work (sneaky ear piece!). the offside sounded like it might have ruined the match from our pov (pen and red), patience and i think this squad could come good, as long as it doest take 40 odd games and we end up in the bsp! if it helps, we are only one game off the record from the 4th tier season, it could happen! night all
Good morning all. GreenArmy, welcome to our friendly little comunity here on not606. Hope you enjoy your stay. I hope you are right that we will come good before it's too late.
I fancy a pint of ginger beer, splash of angostura ,dash of lime topped up with lemonade. Work tomorrow for 3 days then off on holiday. Put one in for Greenjock Sensible and Joe, whatever they want.
Morning all from sunny Malta....steaming here at moment...seems like it at Home Park too! Things not looking good at moment eh but our first 3 pts. are crucial! We should totally forget those creatures behind the scenes, nothing we can do anyway At least the booze is cheap here so can drown your sorrows easier. Will get a round in for you all very soon, or better c`mon over!
I agree hp though we are technically no worse off than Exeter - 1pt from 4 games and in the red. As Reid has said the boys will learn, another striker on the books and we should get off the ground proper. Pint of scrumpy please!
Firstly my appologies Mrs Reid for failing to post my predictions. I wasn't expecting it to start this weekend and wasn't around much to put my predictions on. Didn't see the thread on Saturday when I was on for a while. I promise to do better in future. I put a couple of posts on the Gillingham match thread on Saturday but I don't think Gillingham contributors have much of a sense of humour. They should learn to laugh more at themselves like we have had to learn to do over the last few years. I was quite depressed on Saturday afternoon. It was like listening to groundhog day. I still think they will do ok but they sorely need a strike partner for Feeney. You have to feel for the guy with the little he is being served. What is all this talk of the seven dwarfs on here then? You don't think that makes Mrs Reid or Gat Snow White do you? Dream on. I will have you know that I am either happy or sleepy rather than grumpy. Never happier than when I'm sleeping. My grandchildren don't think I'm grumpy and I pay them all enough to smile at me. I was reminded the other day by my Mrs that I had a flat stumock once Joe. I reminded her that she had tits on her chest and not on her belly but I wasn't complaining. I think she left something on the cooker as she left the room very sharply.
Marriage has taught me 3 things in life Gat. How to run, duck and bugger off out whilst I still can. If only I'd learnt the fourth which is not to have kids in time I would be perfect. Most of the time she ignores me which she is expert at.
Sensible, its only the booze that gives the men beer belly or the burgers. But the tits come with age
