Been a bit preoccupied plymborn. Not telling anyone where I sit as it's safer that way. Somebody might have a stalker in the stand. Or did I mean be one? Got my season ticket today and if zoo corner is moving to 6/7 then should be far enough away from them to ignore. I'd rather be a moanflower than a wallflower I supose. I heard the barmaid has run off to a Convent to hide away. Notre Dam I think. Got a hunch the info is correct. I'll have a Bells chaser to go with my campari I think this evening.

Well at least you've got a cat to shoot plymborn. Moaning is an acceptable pastime for Argyle supporters. We are damned good at it as we have had lots of practice over many years. Have you not heard the common call on the terraces at Home Park over the years. YeaaaaaOooooohhh! Tut!. Almost a mating call really. Talking of mating calls it's my wedding anniversary tomorrow. 42 years. That's it I've had enough I'm definately going to buy her a card this year.

I hate this period of pre-season leading up to the kick off for real. Wish we could just skip to next Saturday.

Congratulations Sensible and the wife. How have you coped putting up with a woman that long? You should be knighted <party>.
If you had bought a card in the past you could have recycled it every year. I do it for birthdays and valentines day. They don't know.

Take her out for a meal????? What and risk the "and another thing what's wrong with my cooking then". Never felt the need for a card before but what the hell, this year I'll push the boat out.

To be serious though after an afternoon in the nursing home going out is not that much of a turn on. However, when the dust has finally settled I am going to treat her to the bestest holiday I've, whoops old habits, I meant she has ever had. She has been an absolute brick,I think that's how you spell it,over the last year or so but if anyone ever tells her I said something nearly nice about her I will hunt you down relentlessly.

Ahhhh you great big softy sensible, you have a soft centre. You'd better hope I don't bump into your Mrs as I will tell her.

On a more serious note sensible, I know it has been a tough time for your family just recently and I think you both deserve a break so I hope you do manage to get away in the not-too-distant future. Sending you both <hug>

Don't be nice to me. I'm not used to women being nice it's just so wrong somehow. I'm waiting for the smack round the ear any moment. I'm well practiced in the dark arts of female male banter. I just know after all these years there is a sucker punch coming.

What's it like in Scunthorpe in October? Off to play around with the wife now. Having trouble with my space bar. That should read play a round as in Golf on the WII. Somebody told me to buy her something electrical and it would let me off the hook with "the other stuff". Best bit of advice anyone ever gave me. Got her the WII and even I can join in now.
