I suppose Cech has won every trophy now and he probably wants to spend the rest of his career earning mega bucks before he retires.
I am surprised he hasnt either opted to stay in England (for personal reasons) or go to the MLS (for the money).

.....I'd give the mighty Petr Cech another 7 years as a top keeper. He's been fantastic for Chelsea and fantastic for English football in general. I hope he stays in England and I reckon on him being most likely to sign for Manchester United.

With all this talk of Petr going to our rivals, and the general consensus of Chelsea letting him, has anyone stopped to consider that he may not actually want to go to a rival, due to his loyalty to us?

Perhaps but his first loyalty is to his family. And if he goes to a rival, it'll be for family reasons.

Bonetti fan here, but no apology needed, Cech is the finest since ...Eddie Niedzwiecki

Ed De Goey was a decent keeper.

Hopefully it's not another English club. Good luck to the bloke, Chelsea legend in my eyes!

Cheeky part-exchange for Bale. You heard it here first (because I just made it up).

Would actually make quite a lot of sense though especially with FFP being relaxed. Cech is far better than Madrid's keepers and Bale on the opposite wing to Hazard would massively strengthen you.

We'd be far more likely to retain the title next season if Petr Cech stays - and that's the advantage we had this season with 2 world class keepers in the squad. With the "Petr Cech, we want you to stay" chant no doubt still ringing in Petr Cech's ears from yesterday - hopefully, he will stay.
