Agree with both. No way is he going to rock up at some second rate team and attempt to build them up when he can join Europe's elite and get paid **** loads to do less work. However, Guardiola also has a reputation beyond his means too. He could be the greatest thing since sliced bread but he's not proved it. He has shown himself to be a very good manager, you don't win the trophies he has without being good at your job but it's been with already well established sides.
http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/35461090 Certainly seems he's gone for the easy route once again. He won't last more than 3 years anyway.
Utd's number one fan on the news of Pep choosing City. "If Utd don't make Mourhino our manager this summer they'll feel the wrath of me"
he gets younger every week does that matth. must be the lack of hair cut. I usually dont even like seeing it posted but go on.... enjoy or whatever. who am i to complain about the mad fella.
He seems to have done better than the foul mouthed christainsmith in that regard. is matth well known outside of his own school playground or is it only not606 that knows his legend.
The chaps over at bbc salford aren't to happy. 14:16 please log in to view this image Getty Images "When Pep sits down and meets the media for the first time, will he say he's always admired City? I love to imagine that, 17 years ago this week, he was following the fortunes of the Blues in their Division Two game against Millwall. There were, after all, some heavyweights playing that day. The likes of Jamie Pollock, Andy Morrison and Lee Crooks. City, in case you were wondering, won 3-0. The goals coming from Paul Dickov, Terry Cooke and Kevin Horlock."
Only 8 years before Fergie became Utd manager they were in Division 2, I bet that never got a mention when he gave his first presser at OT,
City were never anything prior to the arab money. the thai corrupt politician didn't do anything for them. the bbc might as well have said why isn't he going to AC milan they are much bigger name but they of course are shot through to pieces so of course he's not going there. If pelligrini (i hope not) gets a domestic cup treble this season and leaves that behind guardiola will struggle to get the same out of that team. City have big problems around their squad to solve.. big challenge.
Like what? They have the best squad in the country, and more money than most countries, and will probably win the title this season, and are still on course for the Quadruple. They are in the league cup final too remember? Playing some ****e team in the final Seriously though, City are fine #firstworldproblems
