Sounded like Ryan Bird had a good match. His time will come. Connolly and Agyemang are definitely our best striker pairing by far. They have an excellent understanding. Tom Craddock needs to step up the pace, but not sure if he is match fit yet.
At least Craddock has got it in the net now. Ricky Holmes had a really good game as well - he was playing in the hole behind Bird. Barcham is always brilliant, unless he's being kept quiet by the oppo's marking, Sonny Bradley has been absolutely solid for us - but the one who I really think is going to come good is Danny East - there's just something about him that has me convinced.
I'm hoping we get Oxford at home - so we can slaughter them Did they get through? Haven't looked at the results yet.
Is that draw on Soccer AM still? I want to see the look on that perennial name dropper Helen Chamberlain's face, if she picks up the Pompey card.
Ferry was my man of the match and not getting the credit he deserves. His work rate is insane on and off the ball its 90 minutes of running flat out. Some decent hard tackles put in midfield as well .
Thought you might like to see this - from the Torquay live blog on Tuesday That was a 5-3 win for the visitors on penalties. Of all the people to sky one into the directors box.....Lee Mansell..... 9:47 Pompey fans singing their team back to the dressing room. They have been superb behind that goal tonight.
They just did a nice feature of the whole of Pompey's trip to Torquay. Helen's face! And we've got....needless to say, Oxford away
That's good, the league game will sell out straight away, but the JPT game probably won't. Although it does mean we won't be able to make it two cup games won in a row for the first time since 2010
So it's Oxford away on Tuesday. How many Pompey fans will be going and what will the attendance and score be?
Circa. 4,000 crowd, and a 3-1 Pompey win, with a hat trick of headers from Bondz N'Gala will do for me
