The overrated & underrated thread

Is it proper Chinese food by any chance, rather than British takeaway gooey cack?

I've visited Hong Kong a couple of times, their food is fine, although they don't half eat some mad stuff.

The stuff churned out over here is not the real thing.

 

I have no idea, but it's on another level to the usual

 

pictures of bottles of perfume coming your way

 

Also overrated.
