Off Topic The old farmhouse.......Update 14th April 2017

So a week till the next home game now... any plans for the Bournemouth game?

 

April the 10th update.
Went round this Pm looks like they are still refurbishing things inside. Sadly there is still no indication as to when it is to be re-opened. Also went on line to learn the new Landlady's name is Vicky Hamilton......the site just says .........opening soon!!!
So the long and the short of it is the April the 10th Update is.................No change at the moment.......Sorry folks..........Looks like the info given the last time I was around was a bit duff.

 

Well at least you know it will be opening. That's a plus isn't it.?

 

Definitely ..... though I'm kind of liking The Guide Dog now ....

 

Indeed, the Guide Dog is a hidden gem.

 

Probably because it's one of the best in Southampton

 

I guess that is true ......definitely a plus......but before the season ends???

The Old Farmhouse is open from today Friday 14th April. So all you lost souls like me do not have to wander the streets of Southampton looking for a pre- match pint.

 

So is everyone still going to the Guide Dog or heading to the Farmhouse?

 

That's a tough one. Guide Dog for a quick one and Farmhouse for a chat when the team's announced?

 

I was thinking similar... couple at Guide Dog, then stop at the Farmhouse for one too... less of a walk then

What time are you aiming for Dave?

 

Probably Guide Dog around 4-4.30 hopefully, though might try earlier if I can get away from things at home.

 

I'm going to be unable to join you - I've chosen the day we're going to stuff Man C as my first missed game of the season. Onionman Jr will be going but he's going with a mate so they'll doubtless get fuelled up on vodka from the off-licence as it's cheaper than the pub.

Thanks SaintMick it now seems the old Farmhouse is open for business once again. Sadly am off to Nottingham tomorrow so won't be there. Enjoy the game guys and gals.
