Some real **** bots on Robot Wars last night, still entertaining but the bots were stupid
Nearly the final rounds now and the remaining bots seem to be not as impressive as the older ones they had back in the day

It was a very poor show.
They clearly cheated their way through the thing to get the kids into the final.
I felt personally that they have had a real lack of the old bots and front loaded them too.
Razor was up in round one and got knocked out stupidly in a pit and that ruined the show.
Bethmoth was in there and got trashed but would have won any of the last 4 shows... specially last nights
The flipper last week will be torn apart.
The robot last night with the plastic wheels was a direct knock off of a much better old robot. stinger... exactly the same design.

The issue for me is guys build for amateur event and for displays and maybe european events but they don't get paid for it so they turn up here and are expected to see their work trashed, they are asked to have 5 fights to get a heat win... thats carnage.
All it takes if the first round to have a guy with a i don't care i'm going to break you attitude to trash 6 months or a years work and then next thing they implode within 2 rounds cos they just burn out.
To have interesting battles you need 3 things IMO:
1. People who can actually drive robots they build. Half them seem to not be able to point their robots at their opponents
2. Real weapons. but not carnage weapons. especially carnage weapons that break after 2 hits.
3. Solid bots with speed and actual thought to design.
Just read up on it, the series has gone massivly over budget and Netflix are holding back 6 episodes and looking to see how this goes. It's brilliant stuff people need to get on this.
Yeah it's Part1 of season 1..6 episodes.
There were production delays so part 2 is not going to be until early 2017 and then they hope to do series as normal...if renewed each time of course lol
They spent the whole budget on Cadillacs wardrobe

I looked for that Bone Tomahawk ob Netflix on Saturday night and couldn't find it

Sicario is on Netflix I enjoyed that.
Watched the Witch on Saturday night. Fell asleep but must have still heard the film as I had ****ed up dreams. Then woke up before the end and some weird **** was going down. Luckily by this point the Mo Farah race was about to begin so I turned it off.

Haven't watched horror in years but watched The Conjuring yesterday...I prefer that creepy type to just gore...

I watched The Omen again a couple of nights ago. That is such a ****ing good film.
