Not seen The Rum Diary, heard it was crap (nowhere near as good as Fear and Loathing...), but Warrior is superb. It is the one with Tom Hardy in, isn't it? Brilliant film if that's the one you got. Casting Nick Nolte as a drunk was interesting - wonder if he's ever heard of type-casting?
Drive is great - bit gory in places (depends how squeamish your missus is). Mean Girls - Not too bad. Girls will like: the romance and bitchiness; Boys will like: school uniforms! Blue Crush - okay too. Girls: romance / bitchiness; Boys: bikini-clad surfers! The Sweetest Thing - quite funny. Girls: romance / humour; Boys: humour (probably laugh in different places -but it's quite funny).
it is the Tom Hardy one and yes it is superb! Nolte was good too and not a cliche of himself which was good to see.
the warrior was good mate, nothing ground breaking but the acting is good seeing as the two main characters in real life one is a Brit the other from Aus. playing down trodden socially effected americans

Yeah, some good films out at the moment and this summer should be good. Are you a fan of Alien or any of the original films? If so...are you looking forward to Prometheus?
Web could do with an update, I watched Aliens with the boy recently and we were both bored. I used to love that film but it hasn't faired well.
