I thought that was a little bit of bullshit right there. Basically Morgan has turned her head around, from stone cold survivor pragmatist, to wooly thinking hippie douchetard. She doesnt want to "Kill for the people she loves"? What kind of bullshit is that? I have to say, even though I like season 6 so far, the biggest let down for me has been Morgan. Lennie James is such a great actor, and his performance in Season 3's "Clear" was Emmy worthy. But this new Ultra left wing, hippie, Human loving, Broom stick wielding, ******ed Morgan is not good, at all. He should be killed just for letting those Wolves go at the end of Season 5, when he knocked them out and stuck them in that car. The Wolf guy (Dave Grohl look alike) said to him that the Wolves exist only to kill, and that its not enough that they just take his stuff, they must kill too. Morgan had the chance to kill him without any danger to himself. So right there you have a moral absolute, any and every person the Wolves kill after that date is on Morgan's hands. Then they did some bullshit about him kidnapping the Wolf and keeping him locked up for days to indoctrinate him. Nice one Morgan, lets kidnap every scumbag you come across out in the world and tie them up for a seminar in human decency. !!!
Yeah the whole Carol thing has been handled badly. The episode where she and Maggie were captured was good, and I get her moral dilemma, but it should have been fleeting at best. She knows better than anyone that you cannot afford weakness in this world. Heck even Eugene and Denise are growing some balls (Until Denise was....ya know).
I wouldn't say its been handled badly, they've been giving glimpses (hints if you like) for a few weeks imo, they just not focuses on it. I'm expected a side episode at some stage showing what she got up to whilst separated from the group. With only a few episodes of this season left, it might not be until the next season though which would mean she is gone for the rest of this one (or returns when fighting the "end-of-level bad guy"). I think its been disappointing if anything. She is a brilliant original character and played by an excellent actress too. She should have had more involvement imo. It is said to she her leaving the camp but it's certainly not the last we've seen of Carol.
I hope not, she and Carl are probably my favourite characters. Though how ****ing hot is Rosita!! Christ on a bike, I would suck her like a neckbone. Abraham really needs to go to Spec savers. Not that Sasha is ugly, but Rosita is a 10!
Carl is a favourite of yours? Got nothing against the actor or character but his role atm does my head in. He's just constantly in the back ground and when he does get some lime light, he does something he shouldn't because he's "a bad ass that does as he pleases"
It has been a bit odd. One of the scenes that I understood was with Maggie being pregnant and her not wanting her to be at risk and you could tell that she was struggling mentally at that point. She doesn't have the best record with kids. I don't think it's been done very well, the signs have been maybe too subtle but I get that they are there. I have a feeling she'll be back though by the end of the season.
You missed the last 3 seasons? That was Carl in season 2, possibly 3. Carl is perfectly adapted to this world now. His moral compass is perfect at the moment. Plus, aside from Carol, he is the character we have seen the most growth from (not just due to puberty I mean growth in character).
Sophia was lost and killed, Mika was murdered under her care by her sister, Lizzie she had to shoot in the head for committing the aforementioned murder, then she got Sammy killed by putting the fear of walkers into him. So yeah, Carol is not the ideal childminder
I was talking about this season. Other than being shot in the eye, he's not done anything. Frustrating as I want him to be more involved.
For the big fight. She'll appear to save someone that is about to be killed before helping the group overcome the enemy
He's a much more violent and unhinged character in the comics, this is early Punisher in the Daredevil series. It'll be interesting if they keep him around.
