    Watched the directors cut of Troy.

    Would encourage you to do also

    Doesn't make Orlando Bloom or Brad Pitt better actors but believe it or not the extra 30 minutes makes the film good (Not great)

    Character arcs make more sense

    The scene cuts no longer make you go ffs

    And with the added gore and violence the battle scenes give weight to the thing .

    tbh I felt it went on long enough as it was but if it adds something to it well and good.

    I expect the entire franchise to have a creeping Disneyfication. Expect it to be about a cat and a dog venturing across the galaxy soon, after being left on Tattooine by a holidaying family.

    Deadpool 2 ... a fun watch, tend to agree with some reviews that say it's own self-awareness and too many clever self-references get in the way of what is an otherwise enjoyable experience. The acting is very good, the writing's sharp and the story whips along nice enough

    yeah its not bad.

    When the missus made me watch it i didn't realise it was a musical and i was like wtf is this ****, i didnt know it was a musical.

    Finished it thinking i quite liked that

    not seen lala land. I was pretty tired on the plane so 10 mins in i switched it off and couldnt be bothered with it lol
