look i agree mostly. Zombie tv shows/movies... we are utterly saturated and is ****ing dull Vampire ****e - dear god if someone does one more teen angst vampire show.... super heros: i mean ant man... and so forth and so on... utterly saturated. the tv thing has been exhausted imo. The thing about all of these is they all boil down to a few short sequences of good stuff and extremely long dull and repetitive whining and moaning and inter relationship stuff. All these shows end up as soap opera style relationship shows. BUT you stick a hot woman like gal gadot up on the giant screen in a skimpy(ish) outfit its golden.
Only got a few episodes in so far. Its very distant from usual Marvel, maybe as there is no superpowers or mystic eastern martial arts, alot more low key on the whole comic book genre. Its more like a conspiracy thriller show (like 24 (when it was good) or Homeland) Also alot more violent. Still bugging me with the Netflixs series that there is a lack of links with the bigger MCU, even down the even being down to being able to say names like, Hulk or Iron Man, (notice they never actually call them by their proper names) or even mentioned the whole thing about SHIELD. Its like Netflix are reluctant to promote the MCU further than they have too.
This goes some way to explaining it. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp....hows-wont-crossover-in-the-foreseeable-future
TWD was very good again this week This episode and the last have been the season's best ones. As much as I liked the battle scenes in the opening few these last two have had v good character development and tension. The Saviours meeting fleshed out the main players there more fully Liked how they explored Negan's past and the Saviours' inner dynamics this week, there hasn't been any of that so far really and it was an interesting and refreshing counterpoint. There are more layers to this than have been shown so far and the new perspective was good. Would be good to have a flashback episode either in the series or as a one-off special to explore this, like Negan at the start of the apocalypse and the creation/formation of the Saviours etc They've also developed the Fr Gabriel character really well and his scenes with Negan inside the RV and their exit were cool and pretty badass. Then there was a nice funny scene with Rick and Daryl
Yeah love it. I first got into it when did a uk version Year’s ago then found the American version online which is 1000 time better. They teied making another uk version woth you get guys in their like late 20s, just wasn’t the same or funny at all
Had a thought on how to describe Punisher. Its like the Bourne films but without the global scale, all based in New York. Lone Wolf protagonist gets mixed up in and pitted against Shadowy Government agencies involved in illegal actions
Haven't started it yet and with Godless starting tomorrow I can't see me starting this weekend either.
Really loving the space battles in SW Battlefront 2. I can handle a tie fighter much better than a biplane lol
Oh no..... x-wings just brought me back to my childhood....its like the old arcade game only not lines lol
