I wouldn't bother, based on what I've just read. It got ****ing slaughtered. Thor excellent, by all accounts.
Most reviews I've seen say it's funny, good character chemistry but awful cgi and clear it's had reshoots as it doesn't edit well. An improvement on previous but that's not exactly hard lol. Thor is brilliant...ludicrous bizarre fun.
Seen Thor was great. Gf will want to go see justice league so will prob go watch it. I’m not huge fan of dc movies I must say though. Always had perfeption that dc do better shoes while marvel do better films.
Because I was feeling **** Monday and went to the pub Tuesday night to watch the footy, I only watched this week's TWD last night. I think most of you are just moaning ****s tbh. I think this season as been very good so far. Sure they're is a lot of fight scenes etc but that's what this season is about; the big fight against Negen! I don't care about the tiger dying either. Great as it was, there wasn't really anywhere to go with it. She'd already saved their lives two or three times. I watch TTD afterwards. The guy that woes the comic was on and admitted he only wrote the tiger into the story because he wanted to see how they'd include it in the show!
Peaky Blinders was awesome last night, brilliant opening episode of the new series. Filmed in Liverpool and Port Sunlight Village apparently
I'm in two minds about Peaky Blinders Can't decide if it's amazing or total **** tbh On one side I think it's all a load of well chosen 'cool' music and well composed visuals to go with that and little else On the other I think it could be mad, dark, twisted amazingness It's probably both mashed up which is why it's so popular Cillian Murphy is feckin good in it, have to say
I've not enjoyed the big fight scenes but did like the last episode, I thought they should have had more walkers for the tiger but that's just being picky.
Yeah going to add that, after the terrible Luke Cage and Defenders I'm going to stick with Daredevil and hopefully Punisher if it's good.
Only thing I'd pick on with the tiger killing is the walkers being unable to walk up a bit of a hill when we've previously seen them climb ladders and open doors etc
Got around to War of Apes. Good film.... exodus meets apocalypse now meets great escape lol. Now here's where it's going to kill other films. Budget of War? $150m ....CGI....awesome. Budget of Justice League? $300M Budget of Spiderhomecomingqueen? $175M No excuse really for the ****e CGI is there?
